A crappy start of a new week for me, I got constipated and the resulting headaches are terrible . I got immediate help from Dr.  Anna Marx, what an Angel! 

I’m hoping the last symptoms will disappear today, not a nice visual topic I realize but constipation has killed quads before so it’s serious and a real shite way to go, don’t you think?

My artwork came to a halt during this time, which is good because my mouth got time to heal but I’ll pick it up again today. I got a commission to do a rhino, yes you heard right, I’m going to do a “ Big 5” , I remember stating that I never would… oh well, here’s to never. It’s a birthday present so I’ve got a deadline!

During my lye down I read a book on how to do Flemish style still life painting, I’m going to incorporate some of those art techniques in all my artworks even in the wildlife painting I’ve got in front of me. I’m sure it’s going to make a visible difference…
